Managed as a foreman on these projects:

• Sub-contracted to run and terminate fiber optics, Cat6/Cat6A data drops, WAP's (Wireless Access Points), cameras, speakers, TV's, and Access control devices for luxury apartments. "Pearl Beecave" in Beecave, Austin & "Citizen House Flats", Hornsby bend, Austin.

• Ran 1/2in & 3/4in Conduit, and wired up cameras & WAP's for a parking garage at "The Mia" in Wells Branch, Tx.
• Wired up cameras and set up data racks in "Balcones" Wells Branch, Tx.
• Installed and configured new devices and system components.
• Conducted regular inspections of telecommunications systems to identify and repair any potential issues.
• Performed quality assurance on systems to confirm optimal performance.

I've managed a crew of 10 people at most and collaborated with other trades, supers, and GC's to make sure we were always ahead of schedule and would check the quality of our work before walking any inspections. As a foreman my main priority is to enure the efficiency of my crew and quality of our work. I also took on more than the role of a foreman and coordinated with our contractors for updates, quality control, and managed delivery shipments and scheduling. Ensuring client satisfaction with clear communication, diligent follow-ups, and consistent delivery on commitments made, developing strong relationships with clients built on trust, professionalism, and reliable service.

• Received and Transported inventory items to appropriate locations.
• Packed items into appropriate containers for shipment.
• Operated forklifts and pallet jacks to transfer large products.
• Verified quantity and description of materials received by checking merchandise against packing list.
• Used hand-held scanners and physical logs to accurately track item movements and attached identifying tags to containers to mark with identifying shipping information.
• Maintained a safe work environment by following proper safety protocols and conducting regular inspections.
• Conducted routine maintenance checks on material handling equipment to ensure optimal functioning throughout daily operations.
• Kept storage areas organized, clean, and secure to fully protect company assets.
• Supported production goals, ensuring that all necessary materials were available when needed on the manufacturing floor.
