Loading up all 4 Blow Mold Machine's hoppers if live feed in injection department was not operating. Maintaining a well balance percentage in my Silo machine in case one of my blow mold machine goes down we can use the silo machine as a back up, or in another case we can use the silo machine whenever a change over occurs. Filler operator still needs bottles in the line and the silo machine will do as such but in a more moderate manner while the new change over occurs. Excellent house keeping is always essential. Paper work includes weighting bottles from each blow mold machine and adding up the total percentage of how many bottles each blow mold produced during the shift. Coming in 10 minutes early to inspect everything is functioning properly like checking for photo lenses, camera eyes, clean rails, no issues with the molds, and verify that live feed on preform is running. Always check for quality and inspect preform. Great communication with your filler operators, maintenance team, and supervisor/ manager.
