Perform property inspections daily, scheduled in- house preventative maintenance inspections; repair or replace ceiling tiles, light bulbs, and ballasts
Perform outlet repairs, sink rebuild, faucet water line replacement
Respond to work orders and resolve problems in a timely manner
Assist with obtaining estimates for outsourced work and supervision of work performed
Collaborate with Management to hire, train, and guide Day Porters & Night Crews
Perform work order repairs, inspections, and adjustments on various occupied and vacant properties monthly- Commercial and Retail accounts
Maintain supply inventories to ensure each building stay within budget
Replace ceiling tiles, light ballast, minor tape/ bedding
Refurbish furniture and order replacement parts when necessary
Setup and reconfigure Conference Rooms/ Training Rooms for seminars/ events
Assisting with compliance with Hazard Communication Program, including Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS), labeling, storing, and handling of materials, etc.
Direct contact with Property Managers & Building Engineers to coordinate projects for new tenants and or renovations / building
