  • Expanded and reorganised the Sales and Marketing Department by recruiting marketing and business development professionals, establishing sales pipeline processes, enforcing the usage of CRM, creation of a new website including on-going and fresh relevant promotional content.
  • Have 3 folded the sales pipeline within the first 9 months, turning a two year negative Revenue trend into a solid 15% growth, as per 2019 budget. Mid-term outlook is expected to reach over 25% growth from 2020 onwards.
  • Developed the commercial plan to turn the ‘traditional software Perpetual License business model’ into SaaS and subscription-based solutions. This measure has helped increase the company’s valuation, as a result of new recurrent revenues.
  • Since 4th quarter 2018, Tineri app sales have grown from zero to one new customer per week.

The main focus was to market flagship products, Amadeus e-Travel Management and Amadeus SAP TM to corporations and distributors. Also supported e-Travel’s Supplier Division on corporate solutions for the airlines sector; and distribution of B2C solutions for Travel agencies, through the Amadeus Commercial Organizations (ACOs).
  • Main accomplishments:
  • Have contributed for the establishment of central and local organizations to commercialize and the deployment of corporate solutions across 50 markets.
  • Developed and consolidated relationships with several of the largest corporate travel spenders and Travel Management Companies.
  • In 2007, The C&DC team was recognised as the best performing team across the entire global organisation and e-Travel Management became the market leader in EMEA, Latin America and Asia Pacific.

  • Other wins were Thomas Cook, Ebookers, Instone International and Lastminute. These were blended deals combining IT and distribution services.
  • In summary, generated over 1,5€ Billion in new contracts.

The acceptance of Cafitesse in the market made Sara Lee enjoy sustainable growth for the product line while generating the highest margins of the division.
