Dear Hiring Manager,
I am excited to apply for the Business Development Specialist position with Northpoint Recovery.
Northpoint's mission of saving lives and restoring relationships aligns closely with my own purpose. My lived experience, combined with my work as a Peer Support Specialist, Recovery Coach, leadership facilitator, public speaker, and Production Supervisor, has prepared me to build trusted relationships and connect people with life-changing treatment.
I have guided individuals into treatment, facilitated leadership groups for more than three years, spoken to college students, correctional professionals, and incarcerated individuals, and currently lead teams of up to 32 employees. These experiences have strengthened my ability to communicate, lead with empathy, and represent an organization with professionalism and integrity.
I believe business development is about building authentic relationships that expand access to care and improve lives. I would be honored to bring that passion to Northpoint and help further your mission throughout Colorado.
Thank you for your consideration. I welcome the opportunity to discuss how my background, leadership, and commitment to service can contribute to your team.
Sincerely,
Marcos Munoz
