  • My responsibility as a crew member at Popeyes was to prepare chicken. Drain the chicken from its blood and clean it. Season and label the chicken in a pan. Temp then put flour and batter and organize the batch before it gets dropped into the grill. As a packer my role was to make the orders requested by customers and pack it up including utensils and condiments. Since I learned packing relatively quick I ended up getting trained for drive thru/lobby cashier and my roll there was to take orders from customers, make transactions, and call out for their number once their food was ready. At night we would pull out the money drawers and count and label the money and gave it to our manager to finish the process. Since I learned every position at Popeyes in the span of 2-5 months I was promoted to manager in training (MIT) Which I was basically helping out each station and filling in if a manager or crew member wasnt there.
