Brothers On a New Direction (B.O.N.D.) is a Brotherhood that recognizes the importance of unity among young men of color. The men of B.O.N.D. commit to guiding adolescent men of color toward personal growth, providing tools for academic success, and leading by example. B.O.N.D. will use mentorship skills to empower young men with the knowledge that they hold the key to their futures and, as a result, can be successful.
