My goals are to work with this staffing solution company to better my chances with getting a hiring position. My duties are to follow a hiring manager of how the proper way's to work in a busy and a fast-pace working enviornment. Making sure of hazertous materials, keeping safe distancese when near operating machines, learning how to use a sign in and sign off sheet when operating, plus knowing where the fire escape exit's are while working. Working in clean conditions can lead to better working with your mangers and company rules.

My duties as a labor worker is to make sure not to fall pressure to any jobs that may have difficulties. Beware of potientious falls and short cut's one has lead to temperary of dissmisal and can cause accident's. Be mindfull that to attempt any job with miscues of stress, close working conditions, or non-understanding of operation rules and consequenses. Any job can seem overwhelming. Always ask first then to attempt the impossible.

My job description has to do with knowing what type of metal's are what is described and the location it goes. There are diffrent ways to abstract metals but to encase them into proper metal containers can be hard. Use saftey glasses when dissasembling materials and electric and battery powered. The types of materials that are handeled there are for example, old car batteries, electrical old wires, radiators and balastas, seperating aluminum from metal to iorny materials. ther's more but hers a few kniwing copper wires, aluminum dishwashers, old microwaves, and some dryers not including car's. Being aware of a clear and clean working enviornment can lead to better and clearer working conditions. Last but not least use glasses, gloves and ear plugs, steel toe boot's from some loud noises.
