Accomplished professional with over 15 years of management experience in hospitality and asset management, I began my career as a Military Police officer in the Army, where I developed strong leadership skills. Transitioning to the hospitality industry, I advanced from front desk agent to General Manager, honing my expertise in operational management and customer service. In asset management, I focus on diverse sectors, including housing for underserved populations, collaborating with nonprofits to create impactful programs. I actively engage in community initiatives, serving on the Jackson County United Way's Impact and Health Committee and volunteering with the Oregon Office of Resilience and Emergency Management. Outside of work, I enjoy exploring Southern Oregon with my six children, driven by a commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of others.
