Aspen Club & Spa

  • The Aspen Club & Spa is a LEED/WELL luxury fitness club and resort. The club is surrounded by 20 three and four bedroom serviced residences.

North Water Treatment Plant

  • The 100 acre water treatment facility will be capable of treating up to 75 million gallons of water per day. Compared to other Denver water treatment plants, this will reduce annual operating costs by 1.7 million.

United States Army Corps of Engineers Consolidated Space Operations Facility (CSOF) project:

  • The 190,480 SF facility is to comply with ICD-705 for Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities, U.S. Department of Defense Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection requirements, high performance sustainable building requirements and additional cybersecurity measures.

CYS Data Center:

  • The CYS Campus SFF Data Center Project consists of a single story 36.8MW Data Center, each consisting of five (5) COLO spaces. The individual building total approximately 215,000 SF with 99.9% power availability, and an approximately 14,000 SF Administration area.
