I started in the automotive industry at Town and Country Ford. My first roll was as a Sales Representative for 3 years and then as a Team Manager. We had four teams with 10-12 Sales Representatives on each team. I did that for one year and then they did away with teams and put myself and another Team Manager in the roll of Floor Managers. I did that for a year and a half and then took on the roll of the Internet and BDC Manager.
