Oversight of electrical and instrument installs, tray, conduit, cabling, and equipment setting. Testing and startup of UPS and battery backup systems. Commissioning and startup of wash plant consisting of Siemens PLC controls, 480V motors and incomers, agitators, and area lighting along with all associated instruments. In charge of turnaround jobs which includes communicating and commissioning of instruments, PLC communications, and motor replacements. P/ID training for crews, install details used for installs, and all safety procedures adhered to and followed by all on crews.

Oversee roof and ground array installs which includes rail, piping, cabling, electrical equipment, and solar panels. Install electrical panels for new solar arrays and main panel upgrades along with all conduit and wiring according to code. Installation of converters and battery backups then do diagnostic checks to validate system was operating according to manufacturers instructions. Programmed controllers and commissioned system in its entirety to verify all worked properly.

Install, program, and commision PLC's for belt drives, belt motors, and sensors. General maintenance of factory lines such as PPM's on all equipment associated. Build, QC, commission, and then start up new cuttings lines consisting of soft start programming and PLC programming until line was acceptable to governing and company specs.

High Voltage maintenance ranging from 345KV switches to high current 600amp DC buss lines and switches. Install, QC, commission and start up battery back up systems and UPS systems. Replacement of VFD's, parameter setups, commissioning and startups. Testing of electrical systems and circuit continuity using ohmmeters, voltmeters, and Salisbury no touch meters. Respond to emergency callbacks and provide onsite support. Callibration of instruments using hand held communicators, hand pumps, pie meters, temp bathes, and crystals.

Oversight of all aspects of electrical and instrument installs from grounding, conduit, cabling, motor and transformer sets, and instrumentation and its associated signal tube. Programming of instrumentation, motor rotation checks, voltage tests and phase checks on gear sets and primary/ secondary voltage checks. Total plant commissioning and startup after all QA/QC acceptance checks and documents have been accepted and signed by clients. Facilitated processing of RFI's, submittals, material samples, and FCO's among general contractors, owners, and owner's consultants.
