Maintain all private fleet routes. Ensure routes are in order to ensure the deliveries are making all the delivery window times. Maintaining the ship vias and CCDGs to help with dock management and route optimization.

Work with Penske to ensure which drivers are working, all equipment is properly working, and to double check the routes to ensure deliveries can be made during the delivery window.

Maintain signed BOLs and load lists for filing. Collect the frozen, Baxter, and chemical paperwork for filing.

I collected time sheets from employees for work rendered to create an invoice for the client. I collected and scanned invoices into a database for all employees to view. I collected time sheets from employees and entered their time in the database to ensure the employee was compensated for work rendered. I collected checks from clients from for payment of billing invoices and made sure the correct invoice was paid.
