Passionate about fostering growth and empowerment in young people, I have extensive experience in youth development, education, and program management. Through roles at organizations like Faith in Place, the Boys & Girls Club, and Apollo Afterschool at William P. Gray Elementary (CPS), I have designed and facilitated engaging educational programs that promote leadership, social-emotional learning, and community engagement.

My work includes curriculum planning, mentorship, classroom facilitation, and activity coordination, ensuring youth have the tools they need to succeed academically, socially, and emotionally. I excel in behavior management, staff supervision, and building strong relationships with students, parents, and school administrators.

With a background in the arts, environmental education, and afterschool programming, I create enriching learning experiences that inspire creativity, critical thinking, and personal growth. I am committed to equity, inclusivity, and holistic development, equipping youth with the confidence and skills to thrive.
