Since I began my new role as a customer service agent in BNA, I've been actively involved in Culture Committee days. We've sold squares for the super bowl to other SWA employees to have some fun but also to raise money for a local Nashville charity. I helped to decorate the ticket counter and gates for Valentine's Day, and I also received an "On the Spot" award from my manager Tasha Younger for putting together the display in the C1 gate area for Women's History month. Engaged with our customers on St. Patrick's Day by walking throughout the C and D terminals, passing out "SWAG" sunglasses, clover lollipops, and beads, and taking photos for our team managers and supervisors.
I believe that the inflight supervisor role is one of the most strategic and influential positions in Inflight. I would truly appreciate the chance to be considered, and to continue my journey and growth with Southwest Airlines. I am fully prepared and ready to fulfill a leadership role within our company. I have developed healthy relationships with ground operations employees, and have become more well rounded as I have been learning a whole new side of the operation. Thank you so much for your time and this exciting opportunity!
