• Began career in 2002 as Marketing Manager, then Senior Operations Coordinator, and reached Director status in six years.
• Managed daily operational activities for clinics in the Eastern US, including running daily financial reports to assess performance and make proactive adjustments with clinic owners and Directors.
• Developed traditional marketing strategies to increase customer base and market share, and as technology advanced, transitioned to digital marketing by promoting online services through diverse advertising channels. This change decreased marketing expenses while increasing target markets.
• Worked with other Operations teammates to create The Masters Institute, a week-long training course at the Home Office teaching clinical Directors sales and marketing skills.
• Continued to enhance employee engagement by developing a traveling Master's training program where we fostered a collaborative culture and promoted professional development opportunities to larger groups nationwide.
• Created a three-month online onboarding training program for new clinic Directors as Webinars became more popular and economical, increasing productivity and revenue. The online program also resulted in decreased training costs. Expanded this program and continued to train new Directors across all regions.
• Restructured the company’s internal Graphics Department by changing functional processes to maximize the team’s efficiency.
