• Building working knowledge of IRF-level rehabilitation, interdisciplinary care planning, functional goal setting, and discharge readiness

• Support early mobility, delirium prevention, ADL retraining, cognitive engagement, family education, and care coordination for high-acuity patients
• Train and onboard experienced occupational therapists to ICU practice, including clinical reasoning, safety considerations, documentation expectations, and interdisciplinary communication
• Helped implement head and neck surgery early mobility protocol to improve consistency of care and patient progression

• Evaluated and treated short-term rehabilitation and long-term care residents with orthopedic, cardiac, neurological, and medically complex conditions
