Coming out of Purchasing, I went into Customer Service and really found my niche. Everyday had different challenges. Duties included checking on customer daily deliveries and backorders, initiating returns and taking payments.
Customer Service Supervisor duties included hiring and training of new Customer Service employees and overseeing the St. Charles Returns Department.

Temp to Perm position starting with answering and transferring calls within the Inside Sales Department. Became a permanent job after 90 days. Took on data entry responsibilities for the warehouse closing out orders a they were delivered throughout the day. Took an offered position in Purchasing at about a year.
