· Responsible for authorizing final purchasing decisions based on reviewing full vehicle analysis and evaluation report
· Led the team with the highest customer conversion rate (35%) and lowest 'comeback/kick' rate (2%) while maintaining an avg profit of $2,700 per unit
· Key involvement with forecasting, planning and inventory management with consideration to selection, pricing, promoting sales and margin
