Analyst position involved gathering user requirements, evaluating current system to determine best business solution, setting tasks and deadlines, conducting meetings, creating program specifications, programming in EZT and COBOL. QA testing and implementation required as well as reporting status to senior management.

Project involved programming, testing and implementation. Emphasis on data analysis discrepancies and root cause analysis.
