· Developed research tools, data analysis guide, triangulation for interpretation and presentation outlines at the workshops in Tanzania, Uganda and S. Africa, while ensuring compliance with relevant ethical guidelines when conducting human subject research.

· Received commendation for the report, which influenced health services policy.

· Disseminated the findings through presentation of results for West Africa node to policy-makers in South Africa.

· Identified gaps and highlighted evidence base for adolescent reproductive health interventions by Nonprofits and Government.

· Presented the report at the 29th Biennial Congress of the South African Society of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Cape Town, March 1998, being 1 of the best 5 from the WHO program.
