Uses a data variety of software and analytical tools to analyze, categorize and summarize data from different perspectives to provide useful information regarding the performance of the organization. Performance has been consistently rated as exceptional for all my years in the CVI Dept ( 17yrs) and actually for all 33 yrs as a Registered Nurse at Memorial.

I am always available to the physicians and the CVI Leadership to answer questions about the STS database. In addition, I facilitate the STS Florida Regional Group by scheduling subject matter experts to present at the STS Florida meetings.

This addresses the needs of my colleagues throughout the state. Organizing and delivering presentations using effective techniques for the STS FL Regional Group. This is a position that I volunteered for.Assist with Performance Improvement Measures and assist with reports for Anesthesia, Cardiac surgeons, Perfusionists, and CVICU Staff. Communicate with OR Staff for preop requirements for medication and documentation.

Work with surgeons and PA's on data worksheets for all STS Harvest Reports that are entered into IQVIA by submission deadlines

Update and Maintain Hospital DASHBOARDS comparing numbers with our " like group" and National hospitals.


Compliance for NQF Measures, SCIP Measures.

I have a great respect loyalty for the CVI Dept and wish to continue to enhance its growth in Quality Patient Care and maintain the Outstanding Ratings it has accomplished since the inception of this program in 2009 with a continued 3 STAR Rating and recognized as a Top National Provider of Patient Care . I have been on this journey since the beginning and look forward to the great things yet be accomplished.
