Licensing and Agency service supervisor

  • As the licensing and agency services supervisor I assist and oversee the on boarding process for our new agency owners, producers, and home office service staff
  • This includes, but isn't limited to, obtaining appointments for our agents with our carriers, answering any questions regarding the on boarding process and assisting with setup
  • Our agency services team also assists with pushing downloads from our carriers into our database, Applied EPIC, while maintaining passwords for our home office team, as well as our local agents
  • Our team answers questions and requests from our home office team and our local agents via inbound calls, emails and assigned task in our database
  • Prior to moving to the Agency Services department I worked as a Service Supervisor in our customer service department
