My passion for design is complemented by my dedication to staying current with trends in furniture, finishes, and fixtures within the design industry, especially the wealth of talented emerging smaller artisans that create pieces which often become the jewels of a space. I take delight in crafting beautiful homes for clients and find joy in alleviating the stress associated with design decisions and renovations. Guiding them toward choices that converge into highly functional, inspiring, and joyful places is perhaps the most fulfilling aspect of being an Interior Designer.
I have a deep respect for architecture, whether it's new or old, historically relevant or not. I find that all spaces have a soul and approach the design with a perspective of creating harmony with the home and the people who live there.
In my 15 years of interior design experience, I've honed my knowledge of interior design and details but continue to remain open to further knowledge and growth. My experience with fellow designers, builders, contractors, and artisans has deepened my respect for the process and made me appreciate each person's role on a project and as a team member for the greatest outcome of the project.
I am well organized, responsive and consider myself a great communicator with homeowners, vendors, trades, and builders. I understand the importance of forging relationships and building rapports with others and extend the same honesty and integrity I expect in return.
