- Expanded and improved existing system to produce all quotes, invoices, documents and management reports.

- Master Renewal Quoting spreadsheet, including all rating formulas as well as percent +/- current year versus projected renewal, per line of coverage. Increased underwriting efficiency so that three Underwriters were able to quote, bind and invoice up to 1,300 accounts with total of more than 3,500 locations.
