I provide Pathmark Transportation customers with legendary service.
Prepare daily reports, documentation and other administrative support for the Facility Manager that are due daily at a specific time, as necessary to report to the Company President.
Act as a liaison between Pathmark Transportation and retail stores (Customers) via telephone and email communication to support drivers/facilities/equipment, while ensuring all communication is documented regarding timely service, retail store concerns, driver concerns, and driver reports and delivery shortages or overages.
Help manage facility conditions by conducting periodic building audits and ordering office supplies as needed.
Prepare daily reports, documentation and other administrative support for the Facilities Manager.
Manage the preparation of all AS400 scanners for drivers, along with their store BOLs and Ensure all drivers have the necessary keys to make successful deliveries to stores that are UAD (unassigned deliveries) to retail stores.
Manage all facility reports: On-time performance reports, employee hour tracking, order management reports, delivery discrepancy reports, and case updates within RPR management software to ensure drivers receive correct payment for all boxes delivered to stores.
Log all drivers back from their routes, download all AS400 scanners, review all BOLs, check for discrepancies and have individual contact with drivers to see how their day went.
