My primary function as a dispatcher was to direct and coordinate the ordering and delivery of materials to customers in the day-to-day operations. As a dispatcher I adhered to and promoted corporate policies and managed the general use of equipment, trucks, delivery personnel and materials. I directed all activities that concern delivery, warehouse and facilities.
