Knowledge And Experience In Varied Clientele
Before I joined CIM in April 2023, I started (still own-off work hrs) my Notary Signing business 20 yrs. ago and worked with financial institutions, real estate, escrow and title companies. I’m the liaison between them and their clients, ie: buyers, sellers, borrowers and the final link to close their real estate loan documents. I make sure that the loan documents are accurately executed by the borrower, notarized and returned for processing in a timely manner. Thus, completing this part of the loan process enables the loan to be funded. Time is of the essence most especially because we are dealing with financing rates and the financial status of the clients which may have an adverse result if the loan documents are not returned on time for any specific reason.
On the other hand, at CIM, I have gained the trust of my supervisors and nursing staff in a short period of time, which made me more efficient as a scheduler.
Analyzing Regulations, Statutes, Policies, and Procedures
Both positions require that I adhere, interpret and apply provisions of governmental agencies: The Financing Laws & Regulations as a Notary Signing Agent and Correctional Facility Dept. Programs, Policies and Dept-wide office practices and procedures as a Nursing Scheduler. And the most common is CONFIDENTIALITY in handling the personal information of the clients and similarly the inmate patients.
