Since I co-founded and during more than 10 years managing the Webbox- Digital Marketing, I had the opportunity to develop leadership and business acumen, communication and interpersonal skills, decision-making, networking, and the most important: problem solving

I had some opportunities of working as pro-bono marketing consulting and management for some non-profit organizations in Brazil experiencing multicultural environments, fighting against poverty and for social justice. Also volunteering experiences at Walnut Creek-CA schools, in one of them participating in “No Place For Hate”, a National program organized by the Anti Defamation League (ADL) focuses on stopping acts of hate at schools, where I could learn literature on bias, bullying, diversity and social justice.
