The daily duties and responsibilities of branch operations managers include directing all organizational facets, including procurement, customer care, human resources, administration, and sales.
Managed the Regional Scheduling Coordinators and Scheduling Coordinators for 38 branches.
I assisted in general office needs, payroll processing, fleet management, coordinated rental equipment and all relevant paperwork. Outside of day-to-day duties, I assisted with and/or manage casework, pick up or drop off permits, and assisted the dispatch team.
Coordinated 200+ new contracts all the way to project completion. I was the customer point contact for the entirety of the project, submitted permits, interconnection applications and HOA's. We would also schedule the install and inspection, while also scheduling any additional scope of work needed, service upgrades, trenching, etc.
