  • Document in Electronic Medical Record patient-related communication and interventions.
  • Is the first point of contact for the medical receptionist staff.
  • Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance in accordance with Federal guidelines.
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
