My main responsibility is to take food and drinks order from the guests, enter
them into the system, carried out the food to the tables at a very fast pace.
I really enjoy being a server because not only I love serving people but I also like
the challenge of being able to handle at fast pace work environment and be able
to stay calm and enjoy it.
I think that is great, I take pride in providing excellent customer service and
ensuring customers satisfaction.

In my previous role as a Server at The Cheesecake Factory, I was responsible for providing exceptional service to guests by greeting and seating them, taking orders, and delivering food and beverages. I made sure to create a positive dining experience by maintaining a clean, organized dining area and offering menu recommendations based on guest preferences. I also handled guest inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring they were satisfied throughout their meal. Working in a fast-paced environment, I developed strong communication and multitasking skills while collaborating with the team to provide a seamless dining experience.

I started as a food runner and due to my outstanding performance, I was promoted to the server role.My duties included greeting guests, taking their orders, offering menu recommendations, and ensuring food and drinks were delivered promptly and accurately. I also worked to maintain a clean and organized work area, assisted with refills, and checked in with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction. In this fast-paced environment, I collaborated with my team to handle guest requests, resolve issues, and provide an upbeat and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Managed phone calls by transferring inquiries for three companies and notifying colleagues of package deliveries.

• This was my first job and as a teenager, I was very excited to have it.
  The restaurant was located inside the Santo Domingo Airport in the Dominican
  Republic, my responsibilities included to serving food, taking payments, help in the
  kitchen. It was a fast pace role, as the company focused on serving customer as quicky as possible while customers waited for their
  flights.
