· Maintain up-to-date employee information records in the HRIS system, ensuring accurate reporting and data-driven decision-making.
· Guide managers and employees in talent management, payroll, FMLA, and benefits.

· Understand, interpret, and mediate human resources inquiries to support the administration of human resources policies, procedures, and programs.
· Conduct career fairs, screen resumes and interview applicants to build candidate pipelines and enhance company culture.
· Actively participate in recruitment drives and job fairs, representing the company's values and vision while attracting qualified candidates.
· Improve the quality of hiring decisions by working with hiring managers on new comprehensive employment selection processes.
· Explain and administer medical insurance, disability and HSA.
· Update key human resource metrics on turnover and terminations using reporting tools on the HRMS database.
· Enhance employee satisfaction by implementing effective communication strategies and open-door policies.
