The theatre has hosted the Palm Springs International Film Festival since about 1993, I have been a part of all of them except 2022 which was cancelled because of COVID. This Festival rents the entire theatre for 11 days. We just hosted our first Short Festival that lasted 7 days and ws very successful.
In 2010 we acquired Sony Digital projectors, responsible for training leadership team.
