-BARTENDER/SERVER : Responsible for taking care of guests in a timely manner, creating an experience, attentive to guests needs, and ensuring positive results in a fast paced environment. Thorough knowledge of the menu, including different monthly limited time offer specials, recipe adherence, and menu suggestions. Opening/ Closing duties for setting up or tearing down restaurant. Created many one on one relationships with my regulars at my location.

- HEART OF HOUSE: I learned both hot side and cold side to ensure I could be cross trained and useful to any position I was needed. In charge of making delicious looking food, recipe knowledge, producing food in 12 minutes or less.

- Proficient in using ALOHA and TOAST

- Participated in training a new restaurant opening. In charge of handling 10-15 trainees at a time.

-HIRING LEAD: In charge of answering all indeed job requests, screening and setting up interviews.

- LEAD TRAINER: Main trainer in our restaurant, I have trained over 30 people. In charge of setting up trainer meetings, completing multiple training courses, certifying many trainees. Being a leader and available resource for any and all new staff.

- VOLUNTEER LEAD: Monthly meetings through entire company to discuss different volunteer experiences in our area. Responsible for supervising and tracking all volunteers and there activities/ time. A lot of fun. Also in charge of any fundraisers we facilitated. Silent auction baskets, talking to different business, exposure of the event, and collecting money.

- SAFETY LEAD: Ensuring all fixtures and lights and all our safety health codes were all updated.

-CERTIFIED MID MANAGER, in charge of running shifts, staying at or below labor, food temping and quality checking, money handling, talking to any happy or unhappy guests, helped with inventory, writing prep, and in charge of writing schedules for the past 3 years.
