Summary

Over the course of my career, I have developed and implemented engaging lesson plans in a variety of classrooms. I have assisted in developing and revising curriculum that is equitable for my students. I look at data to determine which students need to be mentored and assisted in achieving their academic goals. I value the time I am able to collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure student success in their classrooms as well as mine. I have also learned to evaluate student performance through exams, quizzes, and presentations and offer students timely and effective feedback over their work.
