For 32 years, I have worked in different fields of nursing and gained various experiences. Being a nurse, I am proud to say I have become more mature, caring and compassionate not only in my working environment but as a person. I have learnt to develop my confidence in communicating with other people especially to my clients, colleagues, multi-disciplinary team and the management. I am flexible, can work under pressure and can easily adapt to fast changing nursing innovations. I believe that through continuing education, learning various concepts of nursing, leadership skills and management are a part of increasing and broadening my horizon as a nurse.
