As a member of the school's multidisciplinary team, my role involves collaborating on assessments and developing instructional and behavioral goals for students with disabilities. Utilizing evaluation results, I design and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and regularly assess progress through data collection. I provide specially designed instruction tailored to students' needs, drawing from diagnostic data and concepts like Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to address behavioral challenges. Alongside this, I prioritize my professional growth, strive to foster a positive learning environment, and work closely with colleagues to enhance instruction and student outcomes, while adhering to district policies and meeting assigned responsibilities.
