I not only watched over our automotive area but my responsibilities included hardware and automotive sales on the inside as well.

My responsibilities consisted of,

Inside of shop

• Properly training and certified technician

• Complete monthly procedures

• Log all equipment, compressors, and used oil daily

• Compliance

• Made sure we were eco friendly, for any surprise visits

• Inputting safety as number one

• Helping with any services as needed

• Looking over shop to ensure we were working in a timely manner

• Scheduling

• Checking our sales daily, as well as workers productivity

• Sales and promotions on any new products

• Be able to describe and perform any information on any product

• For any problems, I must be able to quickly make decisions and solutions. Whether it be a customer or a mechanical issue

• Mentoring, and up lifting team

Inside of store,

• Looked at freight for the day

• Lined out my associates

• Made sure register was functioning properly

• Made special order

• Walked back rooms to ensure cleanliness and over stock put away properly

• Retained customer documents for 2years

• Be able to assist in any part of the store

• promote sales

• Price changes, inventory, Mod changes.

As a support manager at a neighborhood Walmart with a gas station had many responsibilities which included,

• When store manager or my assistant manager were we're not present I was next in line.

• I over looked entire store, Receiving truck shipments, lining out freight received, watched cashiers and service desk, as well as our gas station

• Cash office

• Be able to open and close store
