I have experience with conflict resolution and team collaboration at Tim Horton's, demonstrating exceptional interpersonal and stress management skills. I have excelled in a fast and slow-paced environment, showcasing adaptability and a keen attention to detail during my time at Elite Plastic Surgery. I achieved significant workload management, showcasing my hardworking nature and reliability. Not only have these experience's given me perspective but also a want and need to experience this within my dream of working in the field of psychology and helping people.
My time at Tim Horton's taught me a lot about different background's associated with different life experiences. I watched as a revolving door of people came into work which has given me a lot of perspective of what I want to do to help people through psychology. I resolved conflicts among team members, and with customer's while maintaining a productive work environment. I collaborated with both new and older members of the team to help reach a harmonious function of our staff. I worked morning shifts and would come in early to show my dedication and my ability to work in high stress environments during our morning rushes, which has given me good stress management as well. Overall I loved the people and community I found at Tim Horton's and it allowed me to grow as an individual.

Being a paid intern meant that I did a lot of paperwork, scheduling for surgeons, uploading client information into the system, filling out implant card trackers and using excel to update patient information to the internet. During this job I demonstrated strong attention to detail while proofreading documents for accuracy before final submission. I worked in an environment where I was constantly adapting to changing assignments and varying workloads to fill productivity gaps. An employee quit 3 weeks into my time working there. Her workload was too much for her co-operator in that department to handle, so I stepped up and had a lot more responsibility within the patient/surgeon system. I was successful in taking a chunk of that workload that a full-time employee had as a part time intern, which just displays how hardworking I am. This center also did a combination of insurance related procedures and necessary surgeries done in the hospital across the street that the doctors I scheduled for did.
