Payroll related duties:
Review Timecards for completion and contact managers as needed for edits
Complete HR maintenance for NOLA changes in HRIS system, including title and department changes, salary changes, salary grade updates, benefits/401k changes, manager changes, etc.
Review and submit bi-weekly payroll
Review bi-weekly payroll reporting send NOLA’s Accounting Department the general ledger and invoice
Review and submit 401k file to the 401k provider, which includes employee and employer contributions and loan repayments
Maintain on-going list of commission plans/draws in place for sales staff and bonus plans in place for administrative staff
Prepare commission/bonus plan memos for receiving staff members to acknowledge
Prepare reports as needed for management
Prepare monthly overtime report for management’s review
Benefits and 401k related duties
Review new hires benefit enrollment and set up/make necessary updates to employee and employer Health Savings Accounts contributions
Update/monitor accruals and paid time off requests for NOLA, including time off associated with medical leave
Reconcile, pay and prepare GL for monthly benefits related invoices, including health, dental, vision, life insurance/AD&D/LTD and supplemental products
Prepare monthly United Way and Employee Assistance Plan check requests
Assist with open enrollment yearly
Review employee 401k plan enrollments, deferral changes, and make necessary updates to loan requests
Work with 3rd party vendor to monitor FMLA leave requests for NOLA employees
HR related duties
Train new NOLA managers or ProLiant manager self-service
Process new NOLA registrations and terminations for NMLS and assist with the Bank when needed. Process annual NMLS renewals. Maintain tracking sheet for compliance purposes.
Prepare monthly and quarterly as needed, Richie May, monthly LO production tracker, FLSA overtime, etc.
Perform GL account reconciliations on NOLA’s liability accounts and provide general ledger support
Process NOLA employee terminations, including notification to designated staff, coordinate the collections of bank equipment and the cancellation of access, notification to insurance carriers and 3rd party COBRA administrator
Provide payroll and benefit support to employees
Assist with Wellness initiatives, such as lunch & learns, annual health fairs, etc.
