- Support production line by working directly with assembly team to improve work instructions, visuals and order of operations needed to provide safe environment and quality product.
- Proactively resolve material grief reports (99Z, MM) daily to prevent shortages or missing operations that may cause assembly line delays.
- Facility MESA support coordinator by assisting IT team with any research or feedback from system upgrades or changes. MESA configuration super user providing support on new assembly areas, routing, changes, new user access and training.
- Engage in process improvements by creative problem solving to address operational issues with ergonomics, safety, quality, efficiency, process bottlenecks, and quality concerns through STF, AQE, RCCA and BIQ.
- Monitor FRAC / MDS reports and resolve any issues that may cause order FRACS not reporting properly that will cause IRA discrepancies.
- Process new engine arrangements released through ETQ by adding information accurately and timely to schedule orders, post actual shipped dates, and assembly process routing.
- Planning team lead to provide training to all commodity planners with CAPP+ documentation, grief reports, process improvements and assist with backup support.
- · Identify and provide solutions for EOMP orders listed on daily PGI reports to increase shipping accuracy.
- Planned and paced work efficiently in order to meet daily, weekly, project, or production goals.
