Also, improve the ability to create and lead personalized instructional models that reimagine classroom instructional time to meet the needs of every child.   • In the year 2014-2015 I participated in the Project ELLA-V (English Language & Literacy Acquisition-Validation) from Texas A&M University where I had to do a daily, explicit systematic reading instruction in English with my second grade Bilingual students.
