Focus : To create and present quality dishes from pastry to elite nutritional dishes for the masses, all while learning new methods to add to my arsenal. Simply put, the best creations of the culinary world come from the pressure situations of uncomfortability in the kitchen that evolves into a dish rewarded with a silent smile or head nod as a thank you. From gathering knowledge dating back to 2004 encompassing Classic French Cuisine, Traditional warm Mexican style cuisine and ending with an added spice of Italian Bistro Cuisine. I have prepared quality over Pantry Lines with a wide range of dishes and flair to simple quality lines of method and flavor. I’ve had the pleasure of working with many up and coming Chefs imported and local well known and cemented Chefs here in Las Vegas on various Lines that I have gathered a fine detail in quality of dishes and timeliness of preparation. Currently residing in an American Style simplicity cuisine located in a local Casino Resort Environment adding speed of method preparation to my growing list of skillsets.
