My Career Path

I began my career with the Division of Juvenile Justice. While there, I held positions as a Youth Correctional Counselor,  Conflict Resolution Team (CRT) Member, Sergeant, and Parole Agent I. Throughout my career, I have worked closely with Re Entry and have been tasked with various duties and responsibilities. In 2014, I was assigned to the NCYCC training facility, where I helped to develop effective treatment programs and implement the treatment roll outs to the facility.  This, was one of my biggest accomplishments and it successfully got the department out of the Farrell Lawsuit.  In 2017, I lateraled over to the Division of Adult Parole as a Parole Agent I, working out of the Stockton Complex. I supervised the Lifer, Gang and CPSRM parolee populations; with the majority of my  supervision being over the Lifer population.  My knowledge and experience, coupled with the professional working-partnerships that I have developed over the years, would be an asset to this position.

Accomplishments

Assisted with the successful exit of the Farrell Lawsuit.
