Daily, I serve lunch and dinner to about one hundred guests at a family-owned restaurant. I would warmly greet guests and provide menus and drinks upon arrival. Additionally, I would answer questions about our forty-plus menu items, our alcohol menu, and our daily specials and make recommendations. I would check back with them frequently to ensure satisfaction and prepare their checks. During all of this, I would see that the restaurant was clean and well-kept.

I completed twenty-four hours of training, including a shallow water certification, CPR certification, AED certification, and First Aid Certification. Daily, I supervised a 3,000 sq ft pool, a zero-depth pool, a splash pad, and a lazy river. Additionally, I would see that the bathhouse and entire pool facility met sanitary standards.

I would warmly welcome around 75 dancers/parents daily, help with attendance, and then direct them to their classes. I would also tend to our phone and email to help with any questions, comments, or concerns our website couldn't answer, or be communicating or coordinating with our vendors. While doing this, I would also handle administrative tasks through Microsoft Office. Additionally, I would handle mail services, unpack inventory, stock supplies, and maintain the cleanliness of the facility.
