Assist in the provision of financial and administrative support of Tier III/Trustee Student
Organizations, staff and student leaders; respond to and assist in resolving a variety of financial
questions and issues related to Trustee Student Organization Support funding and University policies,
processes and procedures; assist with the processing of accounts payable, purchasing, payroll and
accounts receivable transactions; process daily bookkeeping transactions including those involving cash,
check, credit, credit card and ACH deposits, check payments and reimbursements; arrange travel for Tier
III/Trustee students and Tier II students funded by USG using University systems; assist in maintaining
and monitoring accurate financial records for Tier III/Trustee Organizations, including inventory and bank
accounts: assist in the preparation of financial statements and makes available timely and accurate
financial information, in both detail and summary form, including reports on request; responsible for
providing, supporting and participating in programs, services, and initiatives focusing on social justice
and the fostering of a campus community that is more diverse, equitable and inclusive to all; assist in the
collection and analysis of program evaluation/assessment data and the proposal of program/service.
