· Frequently interact and assist Management, Device, and Engineering in order to improve processes and productivity.

· Review, audit, update Specifications and Special Work Elements.

· Diligent of all lot integrity requirements.

· Maintain readiness for monthly 5S audits.

· Perform area 5S audits/Gemba walks.

· Support and direct team for shift success.

· Ability to resolve issues before escalating.

· Verify all processes to ensure specification is followed and follow all OCAP procedures.

· Ensure pass down is thorough and understood.

· Assume responsibility in supervisor’s absence.

· Dispositions which include splitting or scrapping wafers and lots.

· Responsible for expediting priority lots needing special attention.
