Passionate and driven rising junior Family Science and Human Development student aiming to obtain an internship at Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA). With many years of working with underserved populations and children, I am vastly interested in equity and supporting diverse and disadvantaged populations to help improve and increase access to resources. Fascinated by addressing mental health disparities, and among underserved populations. Honing in my passion for public health, human development, mental health support, substance abuse, and prevention and treatment of mental illness and substance abuse. I aim to support SAMHSA’s mission and be part of an efficient to help reduce the community impact of mental illness and substance abuse.
