My work experience with Lobo Telecommunications contractors for Spectrum has been a long but excellent journey. I started as a dispatch back in 2013 for about a year, then I was offer to be a Lead dispatch around Oct 2014. I took the responsability of a group of dispatchers that assisted about 20 technicians. From there Lobo started growing like never before and the branch in San Antonio was open. There I assisted for some time as the Regional Manager until we were able to hire someone to stay in that area. I was still involved in assisting conference calls and meetings with Spectrum for both areas (RGV & San Antonio). Once we had about 2 years in SAN we were offer to open as well in Dallas area. Our firm had technicians for installers and bury drops. Thanks to Lobo I was able to experience call center, dispatch, management and even payroll roles which all has helped me in being a better employee. Starting from the "bottom to upper positions" has made me gain a lot of knowledge in dealing not just with customers but people overall. In my 11 years working under Lobo for Spectrum has made me a responsible, reliable and fast phase employee.
